Promotions:
All free shipping promotions use standard shipping within the continental United States.
Orders:
You will receive your order confirmation once your order is placed. If you have questions regarding your order confirmation, please send an email to orders@babyfredericks.com. After your order is placed, we are not able to modify or cancel it.
Shipping Policy:
In stock items are shipped within two business days in most cases. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping notification. Shipping prices are determined by weight and size of packaging. Some orders will have multiple shipments. Unfortunately at this time we do not ship outside of the United States. We hope to in the future.
Return Policy:
At Baby Fredericks we strive to provide you with excellent customer service. If you are unhappy with your purchase, you are able to return your item within 14 days of the shipment receipt. Shipping costs will not be refunded. All return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Prior to returning an item, please send an email to returns@babyfredericks.com for a return authorization number. Be sure to include your packing slip and authorization number when you return an item(s). If packing slip and authorization number are not included, we will be unable to apply any credit back to you. Items must be unused in their original condition in the original packaging unopened. Products not in this condition will not be accepted for return. Please allow two weeks to receive your item return credit.

Sales Tax:
Baby Fredericks collects sales tax on orders shipped to Nevada. We do not charge sales tax on any orders shipped to other locations.

Please contact the product manufacturer for any technical questions you have regarding the product.
Damaged Merchandise:
If you receive any damaged product, please contact the carrier and Baby Fredericks (orders@babyfredericks.com) within 24 hours of delivery to report the damage. Please be sure to keep all packaging materials.
